Your First Visit
If your first visit with us is for a routine checkup and cleaning, you can expect for it to last about an hour. One of our friendly team members will greet you at the front desk and input any important information that hasn’t already been provided to us into our system. We’ll explain any insurance coverage information to you before guiding you back to one of our comfortable treatment areas. There, you’ll meet and speak with Dr. Yu or Dr. Golnazarian before receiving a thorough professional cleaning from our dental hygienist.
New Patient Forms
We ask that all of our patients please fill out our new patient forms online before visiting us for the first time. This helps us minimize the number of people that we have in our waiting room and allows us to streamline your appointment.

MassHealth Welcome For Patients Under 21
If you’re one of the many people in Massachusetts who are members of the MassHealth Dental Program, we welcome you to our dental office! There are several different MassHealth coverage types, including MassHealth Standard, MassHealth CommonHealth, and MassHealth Family Assistances, each offering different types of benefits.
